W3LL PEOPLE does not accept international orders and can only ship within the continental United States and Canada. Currently, we do not ship to off-shore United States territories.  Special shipping offers apply to U.S. domestic orders only.

For Canada: W3LL PEOPLE sends parcels through USPS and once the item reaches Canada, it is in the care of Canada Post.  The recipient is considered the importer and may be subject to import taxes, duties, and fees enforced by the destination country.  We are unable to control or predict these charges.  Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information.  When shipping internationally customs clearance procedures can delay packages by up to 4 weeks.

Orders are processed, shipped, and delivered on business days only, Monday thru Friday.

Shipping to Third Party

We accept orders with billing addresses different from the shipping address, as long as the billing address matches the address on your credit card statement and both addresses are located in the United States. Note, that W3LL PEOPLE reserves the right to choose not to process and ship any order at our discretion.

Tracking Orders & History

After your order is placed, you will be emailed a receipt. When your order is processed, you will receive another email with the tracking number. You can view the status of your order by visiting and logging in to "My Account" with your user ID and password.

Please note that tracking information may not be available for up to 72 business hours after the order has been shipped.

Order Processing Time

Orders placed after 2:00 PM may not be processed until the following business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Fridays may not be processed until the following Monday.

Orders typically take 2 - 3 business days to process, fulfill, and ship. Delivery can take anywhere between 3 - 5 business days, depending on your location.

Most orders are delivered between 5 - 8 business days after being placed, depending on the volume of orders being processed. It is not uncommon for some packages to take longer.


If a product does not meet your expectations, you may return it to our online store for a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase. The original shipping fee is not refundable. Shipping costs for the return will be your responsibility. We encourage you to ship using a method that will allow you to track your package. W3LL PEOPLE is not responsible for lost or stolen articles.

Refunds typically take 8 - 10 business days to process and can only be delivered to the orginal payment method. W3LL PEOPLE does not grant credit towards new products, refunds only.
