  • How much does it cost to ship to Canada?

    For orders over $75, shipping is complimentary. Otherwise, shipping to Canada is $24.

  • Do samples still cost $6.50 to ship?

    Yes. The weight of the items ordered do not have an impact on shipping cost.

  • Where is my package?

    Please use the USPS tracking number provided in the shipping notification and log in to USPS.COM. From there, you may enter the tracking number in the proper field for delivery updates. Please note that W3LL PEOPLE is not responsible for lost or stolen articles. In the event that your package is lost or stolen, please contact USPS Customer Care.

  • What size are the samples?

    Samples are approximately 1-2 grams and provide 3-5 days of product use.

  • What is in the “proprietary essential oil blend” listed in some of our products?

    Our proprietary essential oil blend creates the scent in our Narcissist and Universalist sticks. It is comprised of rosemary, holy basil, tomato leaf and vetiver.

  • Does your product contain gluten?

    Our mineral collection and cream stick collection are gluten free. Please note that our Bio Extreme Lip Gloss does contain a peptide sourced from wheat.

  • Are your products vegan?

    Our loose mineral collection is vegan. Our cream products do contain beeswax. Blue based shades in our Universalist may contain carmine.

  • Is W3LL PEOPLE good for sensitive, mature, or break-out prone skin?

    Our cosmetic is much less likely to cause a reaction or breakout because we’ve removed potential irritants like parabens, mineral oil, chemical dyes, dimethicone, sulfates, bismuth oxychloride and fragrance.

  • Are your products safe for pregnancy?

    Yes, but please consult your physician prior to making any new additions to your beauty routine.

  • What if the product I want is out of stock?

    If a product you want is out of stock, be sure to add yourself to the wait-list located on the product item page. You will be the among the first to know when it becomes available!

  • Do you have any waterproof/water resistant products?

    All W3LL PEOPLE product are formulated to naturally withstand normal perspiration and wear.

  • Do your products have an SPF?

    W3LL PEOPLE complexion basics offer a protection range of +/- SPF 10. Please note that we do not recommend relying on your makeup for sun protection.
